Who operates the service

InstaSights is operated by Simsurveys, LLC, as identified in our Terms of Service. For product, research or account questions, contact support@instasights.ai.

The site is designed for founders, business owners, marketers and product teams investigating consumer decisions. Typical tasks include comparing product names, exploring a concept, evaluating written messages and examining reactions to a price.

What a study provides

You describe the decision and audience. The application proposes an audience and questionnaire for you to review before running a study. A standard study includes 250 simulated consumer responses and up to ten questions, an executive summary, results, selected audience comparisons and Excel/CSV downloads. Single studies and subscription plans are described on the pricing page, including the separate AI drafting allowance. Check the final setup and purchase terms before running your study.

Make the source of the answers clear

Study responses are generated by consumer simulation models. People are not recruited to answer your questionnaire. Simulated findings can help you decide what to investigate next, but they do not establish actual sales, product use or campaign performance.

How to use our guides and examples

Research resources are published by InstaSights. Templates are editable starting points, not validated questionnaires. Adapt the wording and answer options to your decision and inspect the generated study setup. A useful questionnaire for one product may be inappropriate for another.

Some site visuals use constructed illustrative data. The naming example identifies its simulated response data, sample-download scope and question-specific exclusions. Keep those explanations with any interpretation of the example.

Comparison resources identify their sources and distinguish documented product features from hands-on tests. We sell a research product, so use our selection criteria and primary references to assess whether our recommendation fits your situation.
